Brief Bio
My name is dr karnika anand , and I am a dedicated mental health practitioner with a strong commitment to promoting emotional well-being through compassionate care, education, and collaborative practice. With several years of experience in both clinical and community settings, I have worked closely with individuals, couples, and families to foster mental resilience and healthier relationships.
My therapeutic approach is evidence-based and client-centered, grounded in empathy and cultural sensitivity. I work alongside psychiatrists, educators, and social workers to ensure holistic care that meets each client’s unique needs.
Beyond clinical work, I have actively participated in and facilitated mental health workshops aimed at increasing public awareness, reducing stigma, and encouraging early intervention. These workshops have been instrumental in reaching underserved populations and promoting proactive approaches to mental wellness.
In recognition of my contributions, I am a published author and I was recently honored with an award from Global Health & Pharma (GHP)—a testament to the impact of my efforts in the mental health field.
Additionally, I’ve supported crisis response initiatives and contributed to program development, continually seeking ways to improve access and outcomes in mental health care.
