You don’t need to feel ‘ready’ for therapy, you just need to be tired of carrying it alone.
I work with individuals who are overwhelmed, overthinking, or emotionally exhausted, and help them find strength without struggle and peace without pretending. With a Master’s in Clinical Psychology, I draw from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic insight, solution-focused therapy (SFT), trauma-informed care, Person Centered Therapy and LGBTQ+ affirmative counselling. My approach is both compassionate and structured, offering emotional validation when needed and practical tools when it matters.
