Brief Bio
I believe that while we cannot avoid the challenges life brings, therapy can equip us with the right tools and techniques to manage them more effectively. As a counselling psychologist, I support individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, work-related stress, procrastination, and self-esteem issues. My approach combines Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) with Person-Centered Therapy, creating a safe, empathetic, and collaborative space where you can understand yourself better and work towards meaningful change.
