Brief Bio
I am a mental health practitioner and psychotherapist with over 18 years of clinical experience. I hold Master's degrees in Clinical Psychology, Counselling Psychology, and Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy. My practice is grounded in an eclectic therapeutic approach, integrating diverse modalities such as client-centered therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychoanalysis, mindfulness-based interventions, art-based therapies, trauma-focused approaches, grief therapy, and couples therapy.
Throughout my career, I have worked extensively with clients from diverse cultural and social backgrounds, primarily within the age range of adolescence to late middle adulthood. My areas of specialization include depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), personality-related concerns, self-esteem issues, relationship challenges, goal-setting, grief, and loss. I continue to receive supervision from senior clinical psychologists to maintain the highest standards of practice.
Currently, my vision is to establish a research center dedicated to applied therapeutic research. The center would focus on innovating and experimenting with new therapeutic techniques, addressing cultural barriers in treatment, and creating tailored resources to support clients with complex mental health needs—ultimately aiming to enhance and expedite the therapeutic process.
I am seeking meaningful collaborations and connections with individuals and institutions who share a commitment to advancing the field of psychotherapy through research, cultural sensitivity, and clinical innovation.
