Professional Title
Certified Mental Health Counselor
Brief Bio
I am a certified mental health counselor with two years of experience in the field. Mental health has been a deeply important aspect of my life since childhood, driving my passion for understanding and supporting individuals who feel lost, overwhelmed, or struggling with life’s challenges. This commitment led me to train in various areas, including stress and anxiety, depression, relationships, parenting, workplace challenges, trauma, and grief.
Beyond counseling, I have an extensive background in sports and education. Holding a graduate degree in Genetics and a Master’s in Physical Education, I am also a certified cricket coach with a diploma from the National Institute of Sports, Patiala (Sports Authority of India). As a Chief Cricket Coach, I have mentored state-level women’s cricket teams, guiding players through South Zonal, Interzonal, and All India Intervarsity matches. My experience includes identifying and grooming international players and helping trainees shape their careers in education and sports.
With 33 years of experience, I have provided counseling in behavioral therapy, family therapy, and performance anxiety—helping athletes cope with the pressures of selection trials and match performance. I understand how difficult it can be to take the first step toward seeking help, but you don’t have to go through it alone. My goal is to create a safe and supportive space where you can find clarity, strength, and hope for a better tomorrow.
